Martin Halada

Martin Halada is a Senior Director of Operations at Union poisťovňa Union zdravotná poisťovňa, where leadership is provided in the Digital Transformation project and oversight of various operational departments, including claims management and policy administration. Previously, Martin served as Chief Digital Officer at Onlia, overseeing the launch of a digital brand in Slovakia. With extensive experience in project management, strategy, and business development at Union insurance company and Achmea B.V., Martin has participated in numerous international M&A projects and has a strong background in actuarial science, holding a Master’s degree from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and having completed executive education at Hult Ashridge.
