Theresa Blackwell

Theresa Blackwell has extensive experience in the finance and accounting sector. Theresa served as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Union Power Cooperative from September 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Utility Accounting at CoServ from August 1999 to September 2013.

Theresa Blackwell attended the University of North Texas from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Control Systems. Theresa also holds multiple certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant since April 2008 according to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. In addition, they completed the Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program (MIP) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in February 2011 and became a Certified Public Accountant certified by the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners in January 2014.
