David Wood

David Wood has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, holding prominent positions in various financial institutions and organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board, Audit and Finance Chair, and a Member of the Board of Directors at Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles since July 2018, David has previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from December 2002 to May 2017 in roles such as Senior Client Executive and National Director of Underwriting. Prior experience also includes serving as Director of Income Property Lending at Bank One and various leadership roles at First Interstate Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. Additionally, David was the Principal Owner of a food catering business and held a finance director position at Schurgin Development Company. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
