Scott Flinn, CMB®, AMP, CMA™ has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on mortgage services. Scott is currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Mortgage Services at Union Square Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President for Mortgage Services at the same institution from December 2016 to January 2022. Before joining Union Square Credit Union, Scott worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First National Bank from August 2015 to December 2016. Scott also served as an Assistant Vice President at First Bank - Wichita Falls from September 2012 to September 2015. Scott's career began as a Sales Representative at Benchmark Business Solutions from January 2009 to September 2012.

Scott Flinn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Management from Texas State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Scott has also earned several certifications in the mortgage industry, including the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association, which they obtained in April 2023. In August 2022, they achieved the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification from the same institution. Scott Flinn has been a member of the Mortgage Action Alliance, an organization affiliated with the Mortgage Bankers Association, since December 2020.
