John Ragan has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. John started their career as a bartender and then transitioned into restaurant management. John eventually became the director of wine and restaurant operations for Union Square Hospitality Group, where they have worked for the past 16 years. In their current role, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, from front of house to back of house. John is also responsible for menu development and wine selection. Under John's leadership, Union Square Hospitality Group has become one of the most successful hospitality companies in the world.
