Max Welch

Max Welch currently serves as the Senior Director of Design and Construction at Union Square Hospitality Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Project Manager at Bozzuto and various positions at PCL Construction, where responsibilities ranged from Superintendent to Project Engineer. Notable projects include the Flagler Memorial Bascule Bridge Replacement, American Dream, and Disney Beach Club Guest Room Renovations, where Max Welch demonstrated expertise in project tracking, coordination, and quality assurance. Max Welch holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida Rinker School of Construction Management, completing the master's degree in 2015 and the bachelor's degree in 2014.
