Kenneth Salzman

Kenneth Salzman is the current Treasurer at Union Square Partnership. Prior to this, they spent 16 years at Newmark Knight Frank, where they were Director. Kenneth's responsibilities there included tenant representation, corporate real estate advisory services, real estate diligence/portfolio analysis for private equity and venture capital industry, commercial lease negotiation, and real estate strategy & implementation.

Kenneth Salzman has a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Marketing & Entrepreneurial Studies and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies & Marketing. Kenneth also has a MSRE from New York University with a Concentration in Finance & Development. Kenneth is certified from New York University in MSRE and from SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in SIOR.
