Ed Janoff is the current the Acting Executive Director at [Union Square Partnership](/org/union-square-partnership). Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Project Development at The Street Plans Collaborative from May 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they developed and directed transportation and public space projects for a planning consultancy specializing in “tactical urbanism” community engagement interventions. Some of the notable projects they worked on include the NYC Strategic Trails Plan with Natural Areas Conservancy & NYC Parks, Asphalt Art Guide with Bloomberg Associates, Jersey City Bicycle Master Plan with City of Jersey City, NJ, Philly Free Streets Strategic Plan with City of Philadelphia, PA, Coxe Avenue Complete Street with Asheville on Bikes and City of Asheville, NC, Trenton intersection murals with Trenton Health Team and City of Trenton, NJ, Jubilee Street Public Plaza with CRCOG and City of New Britain, CT, CityWalk Demonstration Project with City of Providence, RI, and Transbay Area Public Realm Plan with The East Cut BID in San Francisco, CA.

Prior to their work at The Street Plans Collaborative, Ed Janoff was the Director of External Affairs at Madison Square Park Conservancy from September 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they were the Executive Director at North Brooklyn Parks Alliance from March 2013 to September 2015.

Ed Janoff has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture Studies and Urban Design from [New York University](/org/nyu). Ed also has a Management Certificate Program from [Baruch College](/org/baruch). In addition, they have taken a course on Designing for Pedestrian Safety from the Pedestrian & Bicycle Information Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Finally, they have completed the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School.

Their manager is Jennifer Falk, Executive Director. Ed Janoff works with Victoria Ortiz - Director of Marketing & Events, Tali Cantor - Director of Planning, and Thomas Dirusso - Director of Operations.

Kenneth Salzman is the current Treasurer at [Union Square Partnership](/org/union-square-partnership). Prior to this, they spent 16 years at Newmark Knight Frank, where they were Director. Kenneth's responsibilities there included tenant representation, corporate real estate advisory services, real estate diligence/portfolio analysis for private equity and venture capital industry, commercial lease negotiation, and real estate strategy & implementation.

Kenneth Salzman has a Bachelor of Science from [Babson College](/org/babson-college) in Marketing & Entrepreneurial Studies and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies & Marketing. Kenneth also has a MSRE from [New York University](/org/nyu) with a Concentration in Finance & Development. Kenneth is certified from [New York University](/org/nyu) in MSRE and from SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in SIOR.

Christina Poon is the current Director at [Union Square Partnership](/org/union-square-partnership). Christina has also previously worked as the General Manager at W Montreal Hotel and as a Board Member at Association des hôtels du grand Montréal. Christina has dedicated their career to the hotel industry and has been recognized for their work in maximizing meeting space, repositioning hotels, and increasing guest satisfaction.
