Currently serving as a Contract Manager at Union Station Homeless Services since January 2021, Fred ensures compliance in fund disbursement for programs addressing homelessness in Southern California. Previously, Fred held multiple senior legal assistant roles at Robert Half, providing administrative support to high-profile labor attorneys. Additionally, Fred has a rich background in human resources management, office operations, and public relations, having worked with organizations such as the National Foster Youth Institute and SAP SuccessFactors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with High Honors, demonstrating a strong foundation in advertising and political science.
