The Operations Team at Union Station Kansas City is responsible for the seamless daily functioning of the venue, ensuring that all facilities and attractions, including the AMTRAK stop, exhibit spaces, Planetarium, Science City, theater district, and dining establishments, operate efficiently and effectively. This team oversees guest services, event coordination, building and technical maintenance, and volunteer management to provide an exceptional experience for all visitors.
