Claire Broussart

Claire Broussart is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Directrice Ressources Humaines at UNION TECHNIQUE DU BATIMENT - UTB since 2002, Claire is also a member of the Comex and an administrator. In January 2023, Claire took on the role of Présidente CFA at ECO-CAMPUS DU BATIMENT-GRAND PARIS, overseeing advanced training facilities for over 900 apprentices in electrical, painting, finishing, insulation, climate engineering, roofing, and plumbing trades. Claire's previous positions include Responsable Ressources Humaines at Puig Prestige Beauté and METRO Cash and Carry France, as well as a similar role at VIA LOCATION. Claire's educational background includes a DESS in management of HR from IGS-RH and a degree in psychology from Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens. Additionally, Claire is active in various volunteer mandates, including leadership roles in industry syndicates and organizations focusing on construction and training.
