Mohamed Abd El Hakam has a range of finance and accounting experience spanning over 27 years. Mohamed started their career in 1993 with Saudi Airlines Catering Company, where they worked in accounting for three years. Mohamed then moved to Ideal Standard International BVBA, where they worked in budgeting and reporting for a decade. In 2007, they joined ROCA Egypt as the Group Finance Director, responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of three entities within the group. Since 2016, Mohamed has been the Group CFO at Unionaire Group. In this role, they manage the financial operations of the group and oversees the finance team. Mohamed's experience includes budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, cash flow management, and developing financial policies and procedures. Mohamed also has experience in monitoring and controlling costs and improving ERP system performance.

Mohamed Abd El Hakam obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University between 1987 and 1990. In 2003, they acquired the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the USA, specializing in Financial Management. Mohamed also obtained the CMA certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) in the USA during the same timeframe. In 2014, Mohamed pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Garden York in the USA, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Mohamed successfully completed their MBA in May 2016.
