Billel Ammour

Billel Ammour is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Executive Committee Member at UnionCoop since April 2025. Previously, Billel held the position of Group IT Director at E20 Investment LTD., where responsibilities included driving ERP consolidation and developing a centralized technology roadmap for a portfolio of over 30 entities across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to that, Billel led digital transformation initiatives at Taqeef as Head of IT & Digital, overseeing a team of 20 and delivering significant projects in customer platforms, cloud migration, and eCommerce. Earlier roles include Head of Information Technology MEA at Dyson and Senior Manager of Business Solutions at Al-Futtaim, where Billel managed technology initiatives for prominent brands. Billel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Singapore Management University.
