Nicolas Allan

Nicolas Allan has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Nicolas currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at UnionCoop since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Sultan Center from September 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining The Sultan Center, Nicolas worked in various roles at Majid Al Futtaim Retail. From January 2016 to September 2019, they were the Vice-President Supermarkets UAE. In 2015, they briefly served as the Vice President International Merchandise. From August 2012 to February 2015, they held the position of Vice-President Marketing & Sourcing. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager in different locations including Doha (Qatar), Al Ain, Sharjah, and Dubai from April 2003 to July 2012. Nicolas started their career at Auchan as a Manager at Auchan Roncq from 1997 to 2000.

Nicolas Allan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Baccalaureat serie D from Lycee Prive de Marcq en Baroeul in France in 1990. Nicolas then pursued a Master's degree in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management between 1990 and 1996.
