Niels Groen

Niels Groen's work experience begins in 2011, where they served as a Business Controller at B&S International headquarters. Niels then moved on to become the Finance Manager in Afghanistan, where they implemented an ICT/ERP package and streamlined local payments. In 2017, they became the Finance Director for the Middle East and Africa region at B&S International. In 2018, they joined the Executive Board of B&S Group and served as the Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer at UnionCoop, the largest consumer cooperative in the UAE region.

Niels Groen completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wollongong from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Business from Tilburg University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
