Bodil Celander

Bodil Celander has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as an Ombudsman at Unionen since April 2010, where responsibilities include supporting clubs with various issues, particularly in board work and labor law matters. Prior to this role, Bodil worked at Malmö Aviation from June 1996 to March 2010 in human resources, contributing to the development of policies and guidelines during the company's entrepreneurial phase, and managing matters related to the office staff collective. Bodil's educational background includes a certification in Communicology from Skandinaviskt Institutt For Kommunikologi (2014-2015), a Bachelor's degree in Labor Science from Malmö Högskola (2006-2008), and training in coaching approaches from Polhage & Lundberg (2020).
