Scott Duggan has a diverse range of work experience in educational technology consulting and instruction. Scott started their career in 1997 as a Technology Teacher at Unionville Chadds Ford School District, where they provided technological support for public presentations and served as a technology integration specialist. In 2004, they joined The University of the Arts as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching graduate-level technology courses for educators and developing courses around emerging technologies. Since 2011, they have been working as an Educational Technology Consultant at Duggan Consulting.

Schools are Unionville High School, Charles F. Patton Middle School, Chadds Ford Elementary School, Hillendale Elementary School, Pocopson Elementary School, and Unionville Elementary School.
