Julie Horne

Julie Horne, CPA, CA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Privacy Officer at Unionville Home Society since January 2013, where Julie provides leadership for four non-profit organizations focused on senior services in Unionville, Ontario. Additionally, Julie holds the position of Interim CEO at AdvantAge Ontario, contributing to the advancement of senior care since October 2018. With extensive experience in finance and accounting across various sectors, Julie has previously worked with Creative Memories, New Unionville Home Society, Girl Guides of Canada, Centtric Marketing Systems, ABC Group, Levi Strauss & Co., Jones Apparel Group, and KPMG Canada. Julie's educational background includes a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, complemented by a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University and a CITP credential from CPA Canada.
