Maria Dimson

Maria Dimson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, communications, and community engagement within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Development, Communications, and the Unionville Community Centre for Seniors at Unionville Home Society since 2010, Maria has a strong background in fundraising, having coordinated events for various nonprofit organizations from 2009 to 2010. Prior to these roles, Maria managed relationship development at the YMCA of Greater Toronto from 1989 to 2008. Educationally, Maria holds an Honours BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
