Matheus Souza is a seasoned innovation analyst with extensive experience in corporate innovation project management and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Analyst at Unipac, Matheus oversees corporate innovation governance and develops intra-entrepreneurship programs. As a co-founder and innovation consultant at Auros Consultoria, Matheus assists micro and small businesses in product development, marketing strategy, and business model validation. Previous roles include Market Agent at FIA Business School, Local Innovation Agent at Sebrae-SP, and columnist for Design Culture, where Matheus contributed to design and innovation discourse. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from USP and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais.
