Renée Huey

Renée Huey is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and tax-related matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at UNIPEC America, Inc. since February 2021, Renée previously held the position of Senior Tax Attorney and Controversy Lead at ExxonMobil from April 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Chamberlain Hrdlicka from 2011 to 2017, a Law Clerk Internship with The Honorable Juan F. Vasquez at the United States Tax Court in 2010, and an Associate position at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2008 to 2009. Renée also completed a Summer Associate position at Baker Botts in 2007 and a Judicial Internship with The Honorable Sim Lake at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2006.
