Einav Izhaki

Einav Izhaki has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Einav is currently employed at Uniper as a B2C Specialist since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Uniper as an Engagement Group Lead from November 2022 to May 2023 and as an Engagement & Customer Experience Lead from January 2022 to November 2022. Einav also has experience as a Community Manager at Uniper from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Uniper, Einav founded and served as the General Manager of Retamin Organisation, an organization dedicated to supporting low socioeconomic high school students and developing their leadership and critical thinking skills. Einav led the entire project cycle, including strategy and fundraising, while managing a team of 20 employees and volunteers. Einav held this position from June 2017 to February 2020.

Einav also worked at Aharai- Follow Me! אחראי as a Project Developer & Manager, where they established and developed "The Track for Public Influence." This flagship program, under the political science faculty, involved mentors from the field, and Einav defined the strategy and planning within a tight timeline and budget. Einav held this position from July 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, Einav served as the Alumni Initiatives Manager at Aharai- Follow Me! אחראי from December 2017 to July 2018.

Earlier in their career, Einav worked as a Program Manager at Mechinot Alumni Association. In this role, they managed the field of excursions in the preparatory series of education and travel, guiding the group in social involvement and community activities. Einav was responsible for planning and leading the program agenda, including tours and activities across the country. Einav held this position from 2014 to 2016.

Einav Izhaki obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and International Relations from The Open University of Israel, starting in 2017 and completing it in 2020. Einav also studied Economics and International Relations at the Statesmanship Center during 2019. Currently, Einav is involved in a program called BNZ Impact, focusing on an unidentified area of study.
