Rami Kirshblum

Rami Kirshblum has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 1998, they began their career as an R&D Manager at Flowsoft. Two years later, they moved to Proficiency as an R&D Manager. In 2002, they joined Ness Technologies as a Program Manager, where they managed projects of tens of millions of dollars in the defense and HLS market. In 2006, they became the COO & VP R&D at EZface Inc. and two years later, they were appointed President at 4D Security Solutions, Inc. From 2011-2016, they were SVP, Business Unit Manager at AGT International, where they managed a global P&L with 400 employees and led the capturing efforts and execution of some of the largest and most complex programs worldwide. In 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Uniper Care Technologies, which offers senior care and healthcare providers a solution to deliver community wellness programs and promote healthy living.

Rami Kirshblum attended Harvard Business School in 2014 to take EMBA courses in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Tel Aviv University to obtain an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Prior to that, they completed a Senior Program Management Course at Ness Technologies in 2002. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Business Administration.
