Content Manager at Uniper-care Technologies

Rashel Strul has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Starting with their most recent position, they served as a Content Manager at Uniper. In this role, they developed and executed a comprehensive content strategy, managed a team of trainers, and successfully engaged and supported the Russian-speaking community.

Prior to that, Rashel worked at Aharai- Follow Me! as the Director of a leadership program for undergraduate studies. Rashel built a vision and strategy for the program, managed a team, and established internship and mentorship programs. Rashel also served as a Moderator in an entrepreneurship project for graduates on the North, managing coordinators and developing start-up initiatives.

Rashel also worked as a Branch Manager for the Access for All program, where they managed a social educational program and was responsible for budgeting and recruitment. Rashel also served as a Coordinator for a psychology course within the same program.

Before that, at The Society for Advancement of Education (SAE), Rashel worked as an Instructor and Coordinator of a Leadership project, assisting immigrant students at Haifa University, guiding in a leadership program, and organizing events and seminars.

Earlier in their career, Rashel served as a Project Coordinator at ISEF - Israel Scholarship Education Foundation, where they managed and guided student-mentors, and cooperated with welfare departments and schools. Rashel also worked as a Project Coordinator at Perach - Tutorial Project.

Rashel Strul has a strong educational background with a focus on group facilitation and leadership. Rashel completed their Master's degree in Group Facilitation at the University of Haifa from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Rashel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Policy in Education as well as Counseling and Human Development at the University of Haifa from 2014 to 2017.
