In 2004, Udi Itzhayek founded See++ HR Development, a company that provides HR outsourcing services and HR development processes for high-tech companies and individuals. Udi successfully served clients like IBM, Apple, Microsoft, eBay, and others.
Earlier in their career, Udi Itzhayek worked as a Recruitment and Organizational Development Manager at Schema from 2000 to 2004. Udi also served as the Organizational Consulting Manager at the Institute for Advancement of Integration from 1997 to 2000 and as a Training Manager at the Public Activists Program from 1995 to 2000.
Udi Itzhayek began their professional journey as a trainee at Lotem in 1995.
Udi Itzhayek completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Bar-Ilan University from 1991 to 1994. Udi pursued further education and received a Master of Arts degree in Social Industrial Psychology from the same university, which they attended from 1995 to 2000.
In 2011, Udi Itzhayek enrolled in Tel Aviv University and studied Integrative Psychotherapy for two years, concluding their studies in 2013. Later, in 2015, they attended Lahav Executive Education to further enhance their knowledge in the field of Directors and Senior Corporate Officeholders.
In 2016, Udi Itzhayek enrolled in Dmut Institute and completed a program in Integrative Psychotherapy Supervision in 2017.
