Cesar Oliveira

Cesar Oliveira is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in managing cyber resilience and defense initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Cyber Resilience Officer at Uniper since July 2018, Cesar leads Cyber Threat Intelligence efforts and oversees the implementation of operational technology security in alignment with IT functions. Previously, Cesar established a Cyber Defense Center as the Head of Cyber Defense Manager and held key roles in security leadership at Vale, including Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Global IT Security. Cesar's career also includes positions in IT security management and consultancy, beginning at Cyberlynxx and IBM Lotus, and foundational roles at Nottingham and Jaakko Pöyry. Cesar's academic qualifications include a graduate degree in Information Technology Systems and postgraduate studies in Total Quality Management, alongside professional training from esteemed institutions such as The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
