Chris Bowden

Chris Bowden is an experienced professional in the power and commodities sectors, currently serving as the Head of Business Development (Power) at Uniper since January 2016, where responsibilities include developing future business lines in the Power domain. Previously, Chris held roles such as Head of Power Origination for Continental Europe, Managing Director and Solution Architect for a significant digitalization program at Uniper, and Senior Structured Trader. Prior experience includes positions at E.ON Global Commodities as Position Manager and Sales Trader, and roles at J.P. Morgan as a Trader's Assistant in both New York and London. Chris began the professional career as a Pricing Analyst at EDF. Academic achievements include an MSc in Computing Science from Imperial College London and an MPhys in Astrophysics from Cardiff University.
