Valentin Balzer

Valentin Balzer currently serves as the SVP of Transformation and Excellence for Commercial & Business Development at Uniper, leading an internal consultancy team that supports the company's commercial initiatives. Balzer has extensive experience in strategic transformation and project management, having previously held roles such as Vice President of Business Transformation and Head of Endur Solutions at Uniper. Prior to Uniper, Balzer held key positions at E.ON Digital Technology and E.ON Energy Trading SE, where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects and overseeing significant IT budgets. Additionally, Balzer is a member of the Executive Council for Leading Change, contributing to high-level strategic discussions among industry leaders. An alumnus of Paderborn University with a master's degree in Business Informatics, Balzer also completed training as a Systemic Business Coach at Calumis Akademie.
