Lenka Podestova

Lenka Podestova currently serves as the Head of the IT Project Management Department at ORLEN Unipetrol, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lenka operated as a self-employed IT Project Manager for ORLEN Unipetrol RPA from June 2019 to July 2023, overseeing the implementation of various production-related applications. Lenka’s earlier experience includes working as an SLA & IT Project Manager at Haug-Land s.r.o. in 2019 and a significant tenure at E.ON from July 2008 to February 2019, focusing on IT project management and cloud migration initiatives. Lenka also performed sales representation in the telecommunications sector with VOXNET-GTS Novera partner in 2007-2008. Academically, Lenka holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Masaryk University Brno and a Bachelor's degree in European Business from The University of Huddersfield.
