Carl leads global revenue at Uniphore as we expand worldwide and advance our leadership in Business AI. He is a highly accomplished enterprise sales leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing organizations. Most recently at Palo Alto Networks, he led the U.S. Major and Strategic Accounts business and played a pivotal role in GTM transformation. He is known for strategic segmentation, operational excellence, and people-first leadership that delivers measurable outcomes for customers and partners.
At Uniphore, Carl’s focus is accelerating growth and customer value. He partners closely with Revenue Operations, Delivery, and our Customer Experience & AI Consulting group to ensure trust, governance, and clear ROI from pilot to global rollout. His scope includes sales, channels, customer success, solutions, and revenue operations, all aligned to the Uniphore Business AI Cloud, a platform that is sovereign, composable, and secure.
Carl has experience leading multi-region teams through complex enterprise AI transformations. Earlier in his career, he held sales and leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Cisco, Extreme Networks and NEC Business Network Solutions. He’s a builder of teams and a committed coach to rising leaders, known for celebrating wins, sharing the stage, and staying close to customers.
