Gokul Gopalakrishnan

Gokul Gopalakrishnan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Business Head for the Americas and Europe at Uniphore since September 2019, Gokul has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President for APAC/Middle East and Head of Asia Business. Prior to joining Uniphore, Gokul spent over 12 years at Servion Global Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from Chief Business Officer for Enterprise Business in the Americas to Vice President of Sales. Earlier career experiences include positions at Nexge Technologies, HCL Technologies, and Edge Access Incorporated, with a focus on VoIP and Cisco solutions. Gokul holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
