Kelsey Nasworthy

Kelsey Nasworthy serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Uniphore since January 2020, previously holding roles including Chief of Staff and Director of Global PMO. Prior experience at Cisco from August 2015 to September 2019 included positions such as Senior Manager for Strategy & Planning in the Collaboration Technology Group, where Kelsey delivered market intelligence, managed cross-functional teams, and led customer engagement initiatives. Additional roles at Cisco included Manager of Strategy & Planning for Country Digital Acceleration and Executive Communications Manager in the Office of the Executive Chairman, focusing on project management, operational efficiency, and communications planning. Kelsey began a career at the Clinton Global Initiative, progressing from Sponsorship Intern to Account Manager, overseeing sponsorship accounts and client engagement strategies. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science: International Relations and Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
