Mehdi Hassan

Mehdi Hassan is an experienced professional in the field of sales engineering and solutions architecture, currently serving as Principal Sales Engineer at Uniphore since June 2021, following a role as Senior Sales Engineer. Prior to this, Mehdi was a Solutions Architect at Cyara from November 2015 to June 2021, where focus was placed on enhancing customer experience through proactive operational measurement. Mehdi also held the position of Solutions Architect at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for a year and served as a Presales Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent for over six years. Mehdi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from UNSW, completed in 2007.
