Prashant Rao Murari

Prashant Rao Murari is Vice President – Delivery Services (JAPAC) at Uniphore. He is responsible for Professional Services and Customer Success function in the region. He brings with him a vast experience of 20 years leading global business functions for product companies at scale. He has actively managed enterprise customers as a SaaS delivery and Customer Success leader. He has been a part of global leadership teams making meaningful impact on execution, business strategy, GTM, organization capability development and support functions.

In his last role, he was the India site head for a leading Bay Area legal technology firm and prior to that he was associated with Metricstream as part of their global leadership team for Professional Services and Customer Success functions. He was also associated with Microsoft, Intel and Supervalu/ANSR Consulting in various capacities.

In his spare time, Prashant likes spending time with family, traveling, cooking and reading books on technology and business. He is also an active member of start-up ecosystem in India in his personal capacity as a mentor and advisor.
