Robin Lu

Robin Lu is a Senior AI Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) at Uniphore since February 2022, focusing on projects involving LLM fine-tuning, conversational agents, and GenAI dialogue summarization. Previous experience includes roles as an AI Research Engineer at Midea Group, where work encompassed NLP and deep learning, and an Independent Consultant for Hanson Robotics, concentrating on Artificial General Intelligence and conversational AI. Robin has also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at San Jose State University and as a Visiting Researcher at The University of Sheffield. Education includes a Ph.D. in Linguistics in progress and a Master of Science in Computational Linguistics from the University at Buffalo, alongside advanced and undergraduate degrees from Zhejiang University in linguistics and computer science.
