Shyam Sivan

Shyam Sivan is an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer at Uniphore since February 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Executive - Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to Uniphore, Shyam served as an Information Technology Analyst at SpineBiz from October 2017 to February 2021, and as an IT Analyst in the Infrastructure Services Division at HCL Technologies from February 2016 to January 2017. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology, earned between 2011 and 2015.
