Jyothi has over 15 years of full lifecycle of recruiting experience for commercial, government, state and local agencies. She is responsible for managing a staff of professional recruiters and support personnel. She ensures staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs of their clients as well as maintaining a qualified IT talent pipeline. Jyothi keeps an open channel of communication with their clients to adequately qualify their requirements and best respond to them effectively and in a timely manner. She holds a BA in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
