Edoardo Tignone

Edoardo Tignone, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Gruppo Unipol since September 2019, Edoardo previously held the position of Data Scientist at Accenture, contributing to the ICEG AES Machine Learning Center of Excellence from February 2018 to August 2019. Prior to this, Edoardo worked as a Data Scientist at BitBang from October 2016 to February 2018 and was a Fellow at Science to Data Science in 2017. Edoardo's academic background includes a PhD in Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Quantum Physics from the University of Strasbourg (2013-2016), a Master’s Degree in Theoretical Physics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (2009-2012), and participation in Erasmus exchange programs in Physics at Ecole normale supérieure and Pierre and Marie Curie University (2010-2011), along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (2006-2009).
