Silvia Cervellera is an experienced professional in internal communication and content engagement, currently serving as Responsabile Content and People Engagement and Internal Communication Specialist at Gruppo Unipol since January 2011. Silvia has managed strategic communication plans and editorial schedules for various internal channels, including futur@ and uniTV, and served as project manager for UNIT, Unipol's first corporate TV. Prior to this, Silvia held roles in communication, events, and marketing at PivArte Art Gallery, where responsibilities included media relations, graphic design, and event management. Silvia also served as President of Collegium Musicum Almae Matris, leading an orchestra and choir at the University of Bologna, and worked as a communication and marketing assistant there. Early career experience includes a marketing and communication internship at Datalogic, and formal education comprised degrees in communication and marketing from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and 24ORE Business School.
