Alexandre Coco

Alexandre Coco is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Fora Press since November 2023 and as Art Director at UniPress Books since August 2021, where oversight of design development and visual direction for the publishing program is a key responsibility. Previously, Alexandre held the position of Senior Designer at Laurence King Publishing Ltd from July 2013 to June 2021, contributing to notable art and design publications. Prior roles include Senior Designer at Merrell Publishers from 2010 to 2013, Designer and Art Director/Owner at Gabinete Gráfico in São Paulo, and Partner/Art Director at Liga DG, enhancing a diverse portfolio of clients. Early in the career, Alexandre worked as a Graphic Designer at iG - Internet Group do Brazil Ltda. Education includes an MA in Graphic Design Communication from Chelsea College of Art and Design and dual BA degrees in Fine Arts and Communication from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, respectively.
