Neha Khan

Neha Khan has extensive work experience in various roles in the marketing and communications industry. Neha started their career in 2009 as a Business Development Executive at HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they were responsible for contacting existing and new customers to promote products and services. Neha also took on additional responsibilities as a team lead.

In 2010, Neha worked as a Content Trainee at Planman Media, where they gained experience in corporate sales and worked with various departments.

Neha then joined Firefly, HTmedia Ltd in 2011 as a Relationship Manager, where their main tasks were maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction to secure renewals.

Neha further progressed in their career at Firefly Ventures- HT Media, where they served as a Team Lead in operations from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they joined HT Media Ltd - Firefly Ventures Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Client Servicing, a role they held until 2017.

Their most recent position was at Unipro Education, where they started in 2017 as the Manager - Client Relations. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of Social Media Head, focusing on planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring social media strategies. Neha also had experience in team management and creating brand awareness.

Neha Khan pursued their education starting in 2006 at Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Neha completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business Administration and Management, General in 2009. Following this, Neha enrolled at TGOU and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR and NGO Management from 2009 to 2011.
