Iris Brachmaier

Iris Brachmaier is currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer and a member of the Business Executive Committee International at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Iris Brachmaier was Vice President of Group Corporate Development and Group HR at Gebauer & Griller from October 2017 to August 2023, focusing on strategy development, strategic risk management, ESG, and organizational development. Earlier, Iris Brachmaier was the Head of HR Business Relations at Mondi Group, overseeing strategic HR management and change initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at CSC Computer Sciences Consulting Austria GmbH, PSD Group, and ePunkt Internet Recruiting, along with a Mag.iur. degree from the University of Graz, specializing in law, business management, and languages.
