Ljiljana Nikolic

Ljiljana Nikolic serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at UNIQA Nezivotno Osiguranje since July 2024. Currently, Ljiljana holds the position of Chief Human Development Officer at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, where tenure began in January 2013, and has also held roles as Head of People Business Partner AT and HR Business Partner within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at Wolf Theiss from February 2011 to December 2012 and as an HR Assistant at LAFARGE Cement Technical Center from September 2004 to December 2010. Ljiljana Nikolic obtained a Master's degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
