Henriette Toftgaard Pedersen

Henriette Toftgaard Pedersen is a Senior Research Manager at Unique Human Capital, part of First Chair Group A/S, since September 2018. With extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, Henriette manages a research team, collaborates with consultants and clients to address organizational needs, and oversees the search process for CXO-level and specialist positions. Prior to this role, Henriette served as a Research Consultant at Compass Human Resources Group and a Researcher at Randstad, where responsibilities included developing research strategies and candidate screening. Henriette holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Aarhus University and began their career in HR through various roles at Randstad and as a volunteer with Djøf studerende Århus.
