Lauren Griffiths

Lauren Griffiths has extensive experience in global sourcing and logistics, product development, and supply chain management. Lauren has held positions such as Sr Director Global Sourcing & Logistics at Unique Industries, Director of Product Development and Global Sourcing at JOANN Stores, and Regional General Manager at Amscan Asia. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at a consulting firm and as an Operations Manager at Li Yang Crazy English.

Lauren Griffiths completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Lynchburg, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Florida State University, from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management from Jinan University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
