Kalpana Sachdeva

Kalpana Sachdeva has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in leadership and talent development, coaching, and engagement strategies. Kalpana has held various roles throughout their career, including Regional HR Director for Asia at Unique Logistics International, where they oversaw human capital management and strategic initiatives such as employer branding and change management. Kalpana also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at the same company, contributing to HR consulting, operations, and talent acquisition. Before that, Kalpana founded Top Talent Management Services, where they successfully placed highly skilled professionals in leadership roles and established strong client relationships. Prior to that, they served as Head of HR for Lindström in India, South Korea, and Kazakhstan, leading human capital management and fostering diversity and inclusion. Kalpana also held the role of General Manager HR at G4S, overseeing recruitment processes and executive search. Early in their career, Kalpana worked as a Team Lead in Recruitment and Resource Management at Resource Management, where they drove talent acquisition and executive search. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strategic approach to HR, aligning with organizational goals and achieving exceptional results.

Kalpana Sachdeva received a Certification in Happiness from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. Kalpana also completed an MDP in Human Resource Management and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in the same year. In 2002-2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from the Institute of Management & Technology, Tigaon Road, Faridabad. Kalpana holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, and a Diploma in T & D (Workforce Development and Training) from the Indian Society of Training & Development.
