Samuel Leger

Samuel Leger has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Samuel started their career in 2005 as a Vice President at Optimum Asset Management. In 2006, they joined Regel Management, LLC as a Principal. In the same year, they also became an Executive Vice President at Unique Properties, Inc. In 2013, they became the President and CEO of 303 Construction and Development Services. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Unique Properties, Inc.

Samuel Leger earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Samuel attended the university from 2002 to 2005.
