Erica Moody is a seasoned retail and customer service professional with extensive experience in sales management and program coordination. Currently serving as Retail Sales Manager at Unique Snacks since May 2019, Erica oversees overall store performance and developed a Corporate Gifting Program. Concurrently, in the role of Customer Service Sales and Commodity Specialist at Appeeling Fruit, Inc. since November 2017, Erica manages the USDA commodity program, donation initiatives, and customer orders, while also enhancing customer communication and processes. Prior roles include Sales and Marketing Assistant, Server at Ruby Tuesday, Customer Care Specialist at Valley Forge Flag Company, Cashier at Arby's, and an Accounting Intern at Quadrant. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2013.
