Tyler Willey

Tyler Willey has held various roles in healthcare management and dentistry. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a dental assistant at Maple Shade Dental Group in Illinois, where they assisted in various dental procedures and provided new patients with a positive experience. Tyler became an Operations Manager at the same company from 2008 to 2011 and focused on increasing productivity and financial stability. From 2011 to 2016, they worked for Dental Care Alliance as an Area Manager, where they managed multiple dental offices and aimed to improve productivity by retaining experienced staff and treating patients like family. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Program Director at RestorixHealth, where they directed a team of healthcare professionals who used advanced wound care to treat chronic non-healing wounds in an outpatient setting. From 2018 to present, Tyler has been a Manager at Beacon Health System, where they are in charge of the operations of multiple urgent care sites with 24/7 operating hours and 70 employees. Starting in May 2023, Tyler will become the CEO of Unique Stays LLC and will also work as the Chief Operations Officer until then.

Tyler Willey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Andrews University in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Illinois State University between 2008 and 2011.
