Minh Nguyen

Minh Nguyen started their work experience in 2015 as a Circuit Design Intern at ICDREC Vietnam. During this role, they were involved in the design of RFID and AC Direct Led Driver IC circuits using the tsmc180nm process. Minh also worked on designing components such as Envelope Detector, Schmitt Trigger, Integrator, Comparator for RFID and Bandgap, LDO, Comparator, Op-Amp, Temperature Detection for AC Direct Led Driver IC.

In 2016, Minh joined Uniquify Inc as a Senior Analog Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing DDRIO's transmitter and receiver using various processes such as tsmc28hpcp, samsung14lpp, samsung28lpp, samsungln28fds, gf22fdx, umc22ulp, umc28hlp. Minh worked on a frequency range of 1333 to 4266Mhz. Apart from design work, they also guided a team of 3 engineers and provided training to junior engineers.

From 2011 to 2016, Minh Nguyen attended the University of Information Technology and obtained an Engineer's degree in Integrated Circuit Design.
